“User content” means all content you publish via StackDev platform. You acknowledge that as part of using the Platform Your Content is available to general public.
You are the owner of the content you publish; you also grant us and users of the StackDev platform certain rights to use it.
You take responsibility for any content you publish, ensuring that Your Content does not violate the legal rights of another party and complies with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
You can repost content from StackDev, provided that you link back to the source (StackDev platform), and respect the rights of original poster.
We do not verify User Content. Content published on the platform is provided “as is,” without any guarantees. Users are solely responsible for use of the StackDev platform. Posts from professionals should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice for your specific situation.
We reserve the right to remove User Content copied from other websites or alleged to be infringing or without prior notice, at our sole discretion and without liability to you.
The StackDev Platform generates revenue from target advertising. The revenue is shared between Platform and Platform users in 20/80 proportion based on reputation and popularity of generated content.
The types and extent of advertising by StackDev are subject to change. In consideration for StackDev granting you access to use the Platform, you agree that StackDev, its partners and third-party advertisers may place such advertising on the Platform
If you wish to become an advertiser, you will be required to enter into separate terms with us about providing advertising services on the Platform. StackDev partners advertise on the Platform free of charge.
StackDev utilizes blockchain technology to ensure just, fast money transfers with low transaction fee.
Using StackDev Platform
Use of the StackDev Platform by anyone under 13 years of age is prohibited.
You may close your account at any time by going to account settings and disabling your account. We may terminate or suspend your StackDev account if you violate any StackDev policy or for any other reason.
